Shaker

LIMAS manufactures shaker conveyors to suit the application required, whether that be straightforward conveying, grading, fines removal, de-watering or de-fatting. Vibration is a simple, energy efficient and intrinsically clean method to perform these functions.

The shakers employ a well-proven principle of twin out-of-balance motors attached directly to the shaker bed, which is mounted on rubber anti-vibration units. This provides a very simple and reliable shaker with very few moving parts.

The shaker can be equipped with various screens for grading or water removal as required by the application.
